Exterior white inorganic pigment dispersion using a unique, zero VOC and glycol free binder. Its IR reflective technology works to maximize total solar reflectance with focus in the IR region. Compatible with many water based paints having a pH range of 4.5 to 9.5. This dispersion is controlled for strength (± 3% vs. standard) and is pumpable for in-plant tinting equipment. When it is applied to a roof, the coatings can provide a number of benefits including reduced energy cooling costs, increased roof life cycle by reducing thermal shock stress associated with large temperature changes, decreased pollution, and reduced heat island effect. Offers high pigment loading for excellent color control, economy of use and wide range compatibility with minimal effect on the finished paint. Used for industrial maintenance applications.
