Polyol. It is a 100% solids castor oil based derivative. Imparts flexibility and improves pigment wetting into many polyurethane systems. As a reactive diluent, allows for VOC reduction while imparting the beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives such as improved flow and levelling. Improves flexibility, adhesion, moisture- and chemical resistance. Used in bake topcoats and primers for plastics, solvent free pigment dispersions for urethane and melamine bake systems, low VOC UV resistant industrial maintenance coatings and polyurethane coatings.
