Carboxyl and hydroxyl functional polyester-urethane polyol. Exhibits fast dispersion time, high transparency of pigments, and high pigment loading properties. It requires neutralization with an amine to give good dispersing properties. Is soluble in alcohol, ester, ketone, aromatic hydrocarbon, and water after neutralization with organic amine. Insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbon. Used as a dispersant for organic & inorganic pigments and as an intercoat adhesion promoter. Applicable for water and solvent-borne coatings.
