Natural oil polyol type in MP/X. It is produced from the rich lauric fatty acid content of the coconut oil and is renewable, sustainable, environmentally and eco-friendly. It is a thermosetting resin which displays non-yellowing film characteristics with high initial gloss and excellent gloss retention properties. It is recommended as vehicle/binder in the manufacture of 2-component polyurethane coatings for various industrial applications. It can be used in both pigmented and clearcoats. It is used in combination with aliphatic/aromatic isocyanate for auto-refinish, marine/industrial coatings applied on metal substrate.
