TERATE® HT 5500 by Stepan Company is an aromatic polyester polyol. It delivers burn performance in industry testing, forming char with minimum shrinkage and high weight retention. It improves ease of processing during rigid foam production and adhesion to various substrates. TERATE® HT 5500 helps to reduce flame retardant loading & smoke development in halogenated or non-halogenated polyurethane and polyisocyanurate rigid foam formulations.
