Trimer acid produced from specific vegetable-based raw materials such as rapeseed, tallow, tall oil and cottonseed. The high trimer content of this product would be beneficial for applications requiring high functionality that trimer acids provide, along with the reactive properties needed in a dimer acid product. Used in the production of reactive and non-reactive polyamides for inks.
