Methacrylated epoxy functional hybrid cyclosiloxane monomer. Used as an adhesion promoter and a multifunctional diluent. Exhibits low viscosity, low chloride content and a dual cure mechanism (can be used in free-radical polymerization as well as epoxy related cures). It is multifunctional and UV curable. The monomer is soluble in most resins. Recommended for molding compounds, metal surfaces, and polyimide surfaces. Typical addition levels are 1-5% of the total resin.
