Pripol™ 1025

Pripol™ 1025 by Cargill is a low color hydrogenated dimer acid building block. It possesses improved thermo-oxidative- & color stability and high concentration of difunctional components.

It provides flexibility, hydrophobicity and hydrolytic- & chemical resistance.
It offers excellent protective properties, improved aesthetics and longer product lifetime.
It also offers low glass transition temperature for polymers with flexibility down to low temperatures.
It imparts pigment wetting properties, allowing high loading of pigment/fillers which can bring cost savings.
It allows product to deform under stress and prevents cracking.
It can also be used in conjunction with flexible substrates.
It is designed for polyamide and polyester coatings.
Pripol™ 1025 is suitable for automotive and industrial coatings.
It is an ISCC PLUS certified grade.
