Pripol™ 1013

Pripol™ 1013 by Cargill is a distilled dimer acid with high purity and high difunctionality. It is designed for epoxy, polyurethane, polyester and polyamide coatings.

It offers flexibility which allows product to deform under stress and prevents cracking. It can also be used in conjunction with flexible substrates.
It provides excellent chemical- & hydrolysis resistance, and hydrophobicity/water repellency for excellent sealant & protective properties.
Pripol™ 1013 is recommended for graphic arts, inks as well as automotive-, industrial-, marine and protective coatings.
It brings longer lifetime which allows for exposure to humid conditions.
It also offers low glass transition temperature for polymers with flexibility down to low temperature.
It also provides good pigment wetting that allows high loading of pigment/fillers which can bring cost saving
It is an ISCC PLUS certified product.
