It is a specialty aromatic polyol. A bio renewable version of the common 350x mannich derived from cashew shell oil. Offers increased flame-retardancy, formulation flexibility, high reactivity and low exotherm, very fast cream time as well as improved cell structure. Uses include amine catalyst replacement in urethane formulations and durable coatings.
