Pluracol® TP2540 by BASF is a tri-functional polyol formed by adding propylene oxide to a trimethylol propane nucleus. It may be used in the preparation of prepolymers as cross-linking agent or as polyol reactant in one-shot systems. Pluracol® TP2540 is generally used in coating applications.
