RAYLOK® 5021

RAYLOK® 5021 by allnex is an UV curable high performance product for electrical sleeves coatings. It is based on a special aromatic urethane acrylate diluted with around 12% of dipropylene glycol diacrylate (DPGDA) monomer. Exhibits high viscosity and light color. Cured films based on RAYLOK® 5021 show excellent flexibility, very good chemical resistance, electrical and thermal insulating properties. It is recommended for use in clear coatings and sleeving glass fiber tubes used especially in the automotive industry. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
