Easaqua™ L 600

Easaqua™ L 600 by Vencorex is a low viscosity, water dispersible aliphatic polyisocyanate. Acts as a crosslinking agent. Exhibits high NCO content, emulsification ability and improved adhesion on various substrates. Offers high gloss, excellent humidity resistance, good chemical resistance and good abrasion resistance. It can be diluted with organic co-solvents and is soluble in esters, ketones, ether-esters and aromatic hydrocarbons. It reacts with solvents containing hydroxyl groups, such as alcohols, glycol-ethers and water. Easaqua™ L 600 is compatible with hydroxyl functional polymers, especially polyacrylics, polyesters or urethane-acrylics hybrids in various physical forms (solutions, emulsions or dispersions) or polyurethanes dispersions (PUDs). It is suitable for high performance, light fastening, two-pack waterborne polyurethane coatings. Recommended applications include plastic coatings, metal coatings (railways, ACE, military, aerospace, car refinish), floor coatings, and wood coatings. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
