Easaqua™ M 502

Easaqua™ M 502 by Vencorex is a water-dispersible aliphatic polyisocyanate. Acts as a crosslinking agent. It is APEO-free. Enables easy-mixing and high durability. It is self-emulsifying and easy to incorporate in waterborne coating formulation. It reacts with solvents containing hydroxyl groups, such as alcohols, glycol-ethers and water. Used in waterborne hydroxyl functional polymers, especially polyacrylics, polyesters or urethane-acrylics hybrids in various physical forms (solutions, emulsions or dispersions) or polyurethanes dispersions (PUDs), to formulate two-pack (2K) waterborne polyurethanes. Easaqua™ M 502 can also be used as a hardener/crosslinker for two-pack (2K) waterborne high performance polyurethane coatings on various substrates, like metal (general industrial, car repair, railways applications), plastics, wood (parquet flooring, kitchen & office furniture) or concrete, paints and varnishes formulations with very low VOC content.
