TOYNOL® DS-950

Modified acetylenic diol surfactant (non-ionic). It acts as a foam control wetting agent and dispersing agent. It provides low dynamic and static surface tension and enhances flow and leveling. It helps in improving the coverage ability to substrates and color development. It is a pale yellow, self-dispersing, silicon- and oil-free and APEO liquid. It leaves no side effect on film. It is compatible with aqueous polymers. Recommended applications include acrylic acid, styrene-acrylic, vinyl acetate/ethylene and polyurethane emulsions. It is widely used in paper coatings. Optimal concentration levels ranges between 0.3% - 1.0% by weight.
