TOYNOL® D-504

Modified Acetylenic Diol (non-ionic). It acts as a non-foaming wetting agent. Improves the stability of pigment paste, enhances the dispersing efficiency of pigments as well as formulation’s ability to wet various substrates under dynamic conditions and prevents ink from splashing. Also improves color development, speed of operation and reduces the blocked chance of plug. Shows no side effects on film. Recommended applications include aqueous textile digital printing ink, paper coating, water-based coatings, water-based pigment pastes and water-borne pigment based inkjet inks. Use level ranges from 0.2-2 wt. %.
