ACTICIDE® MBS 2550

ACTICIDE® MBS 2550 by Thor acts as an industrial microbiocide and algicide & fungicide. It is a mixture of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (5.00%) and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (2.5%). It controls the growth of bacteria and fungi. Used in electrodeposition paints, architectural finishes, textile, paper & wood coatings. Also used in ink jets, flexographic, gravure, screen and textile printing inks. The recommended dosage of ACTICIDE® MBS 2550 for inks & textile coatings is 0.05-0.4% on a total weight basis, 0.4% for electrodeposition paints and 0.05-0.4% for wood, paper & architectural coatings.
