Modified and surface-treated barium sulfate. Acts as a filler. Produced by sulfate process. It is of high quality and contains very low amount of heavy metal. Offers good dispersion, stable chemical properties, weather ability, fluidity, good light reflection and excellent electricity insulation. Shows good performance in resisting radiation. It dissolves in hot concentrated sulphuric acid and not soluble in dilute acid, dilute alkali, organic solvent, water. Can be used in powder coatings and printing inks. It meets the requirements of environmental protection function.
