Soft and non-abrasive water-washed kaolin. Used as a titanium dioxide extender/spacer in medium to high PVC water-based paints, primers and undercoats. Offers good hiding power, good suspensability in aqueous solutions, favourable rheology and good thixotropic properties and low dust levels. Improves holdout and sanding properties in primers and undercoats.
