Hombitec® RM 400 LP

Micronized transparent rutile coated with Al2O3 in a ketone resin. Contains a dispersant. Used as an UV-absorber for solvent based and waterborne systems such as transparent colorless wood preservatives for outdoor use and floor coatings. Offers uniform crystallite size, high transparency and low inherent coloration. Maintains long durability. Gives good compatibility with aqueous systems. Provides very good weather resistance and dispersibility. Use level: 1.5-3.0 % pigment volume concentration.
