PAT-ADD DA 815

PAT-ADD DA 815 by PATCHAM FZC is polymeric solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems, PVC plastisols and thermoplastics to stabilize organic and inorganic pigments. It induces newtonian flow behavior by strongly lowering viscosity. It can also work as neutralizer for acidic and neutral surface treated carbon black pigment. Provides excellent uniformity and color development and lowers torque requirement and filtration pressure. It contributes to enhanced steric stabilization against re-flocculation. It is especially suited for the production of polyol pastes for PU as well as PVC applications. The optimal amount of PAT-ADD DA 815 is system related, but is generally between 5.0 - 30.0% for carbon blacks and organic pigments and 0.30-3.0% for inorganic pigments and fillers as supplied on the total pigment/filler loading. It is a REACH compliant.
