PAT-ADD AF 37

PAT-ADD AF 37 by Patcham FZC is polysiloxane based polymer. It is milky white liquid de-aerator and defoamer for use in waterborne coatings, like varnishes, wood-coatings and industrial paints. It is water dispersible and main hydrophilic solvents. It outperforms de-aeration properties in waterborne industrial paints. It beats formation of micro-foaming and cissing. It is best for varnishes and paints with low pigmentation levels and maintains clear film appearance. It requires only extremely low dosages, typically just 0.05% in total formula. It is compatible with non- or low-pigmented systems, such as aqueous PUD systems. It is versatile in application and effective to combat air inclusion as a result of application conditions, such as rolling, dipping, spraying or brushing. PAT-ADD AF 37 recommended dosage rate is between 0.02 and 0.3% on the total weight of formulation. It is a REACH compliant.
