PAT-ADD AF 34

PAT-ADD AF 34 by Patcham FZC is liquid defoamer for use in waterborne coatings like varnishes and wood-coatings. It is oil and VOC-free and is based on a polysiloxane hydrophobic polymer compound. It is dispersible in aqueous systems and can be incorporated (depending on dispersion power characteristics of the applied system) by applying mild to high shear dispersion forces. It reduces risk of micro-foaming and requires only in low dosages. It is non-ionic and shows excellent shelf stability. PAT-ADD AF 34 is most suitable for use in industrial paints, for flexo inks as well as for use in pigment dispersions. Its recommended dosage rate is between 0.08 and 0.8% on the total weight of formulation and 1% for pigment dispersions. It is a REACH compliant.
