PPA - 7090

Phenalkamine based on distilled CNSL. Acts as an epoxy fast setting hardener or curing agent. Shows intense yellowing during exterior exposure & as such has color value very high on gardner scale. It assists formulator to develop the light shade in epoxy systems. Very good compatibility with epoxy resin based on bis - phenol A, bis - phenol F as well as novolacs and also with most of the organic solvents as well as their combinations. Offers excellent rapid cure even at low temperatures, workable pot life and excellent curing under humid as well as damp conditions. Also has a non critical mixing ratio, very good flexibility and good chemical, solvent as well as water resistance. Used in surface tolerant primers for metallic substrate and industrial, pipeline, tank as well as marine coatings applications.
