Borchi® Gol OL 31

Polyether modified polysiloxane. It acts as a leveling agent. Improves surface slip, flow and leveling properties in solvent-based and waterborne coating systems. Inhibits formation of surface defects like craters and pin holes. Possesses good compatibility with wide variety of binders and is particularly suitable in systems based on silicone resins. Soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, esters, ketones, glycol ethers and glycol ether acetates. Recommended for use in industrial wood & furniture coatings, industrial coatings and highly recommended for automotive coatings. Dosage is 0.05 to 0.50 % of the total weight of the formulation depending upon the binder system.
