NEWOLAN® 231

NEWOLAN® 231 is a mixture of fatty acid esters and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Acts as a viscosity depressant for PVC plastisols. It is low volatile, optimized on VOC, free of APEO and phthalates and has a negligible plasticizing effect. It should be added to the liquid components during the preparation of the plastisol. However, it can as well be stirred into a ready-mixed plastisol prior to processing. The viscosity reducing effect will be the same in both cases. It has a shelf life of approximately one year. Suitable for coatings.
