HELOXY™ Modifier BD by Westlake Epoxy is a primarily reactive diluent or viscosity reducer. It is diglycidyl ether of 1,4-butanediol. It offers good leveling, surface and wetting properties. HELOXY™ Modifier BD improves wetting characteristics and facilitates air release. It is designed for civil engineering paints and solvent-free coatings.
