Microspersion® 930

Dispersion of finely micronized polyethylene and emulsified waxes. Has been formulated to provide a combination of optimum rub resistance and hardness associated with micronized polyethylene, along with the gloss retention provided by emulsified waxes. Especially useful in high gloss waterbased OPV's. Its unique properties eliminate the problems of "flotation" or "defoamer kickout" which is common when using other types of waxes in aqueous systems. Each of the components are designed to provide properties for maximum performance when incorporated into high gloss printing inks, paints and coatings. Used in flexographic and gravure printing inks, can coatings, industrial paints, finishes, all types of water reducible overprint varnishes as well as topcoats.
