Micropro 600VF

Micropro 600VF by Micro Powders is a high-performance and high molecular weight, modified polypropylene wax. Acts as an effective gloss control agent with good burnish resistance in low or medium gloss finishes. Offers improved mar-, abrasion-, scratch and metal marking resistance. It is ideal for applications where higher COF is required. The low density helps in keeping silica matting additives in suspension. Designed for water-based, solvent-based and energy curable coatings and inks. It is used in powder-, floor-, interior and exterior can and container, industrial coatings (plastic, metal and leather), stains, sealers and varnishes as well as printing inks and OPV's (flexo and gravure). Micropro 600VF has a recommended dosage of 0.5-2.0% in mar and abrasion resistance and 2.0-5.0% in gloss control.
