Low molecular weight, high crystallinity, very linear polyethylene homopolymer wax. Used in paints, varnishes & lacquers, hot melt coatings, letterpress, lithographic, screen, gravure and flexographic inks. Offers hardness, high melting point and narrow distribution. Provides mar, scratch and abrasion resistance, slip modification, rheological modification, flatting and good anti-settling and anti-sagging feature. Improves blocking resistance, hardness, scuff resistance, appearance and barrier properties. Offers resistance to grease and water and augmented strength (adhesion and cohesion). Suits for use in automotive base coat lacquers.
