Water-solvent soluble, ethoxylated non-ionic fluorosurfactant. Effectively reduces surface tension at very low concentrations. Is stable in both acidic and basic conditions, making it perfect for organic polymer and watersolvent based paint as well as coatings. It can be used as an emulsifying agent. Possesses excellent levelling and reduced orange peel effect. Imparts improved wetting of most water-solvent based, improved antisoiling, antifogging, UV resistance and excellent corrosion inhibition.
