HL505 by Huangshan Huahui Technology is a polyacrylate with silica carrier. Acts as a leveling agent. It eliminates the fish-eye & crater and reduces surface tension of film. It improves wettability to base substrate and reduces the cost. Used in epoxy, hybrid, pure polyester, polyester, polyurethane and other thermosetting, thermoplastic powder coatings. HL505 recommended dosage is 2-3% of the total weight.
