SYLOID® 7000

SYLOID® 7000 by Grace is a wax treated, synthetic amorphous silica with special organic treatment. Acts as a matting agent. Exhibits high porosity, high matting effect, ease of dispersion, excellent film clarity and film smoothness. Offers excellent optical properties in wet paint and dried coating film. Suitable for use in high quality water-borne and solvent-borne coatings for furniture, artificial and natural leather, automotive plastic parts, foils, laminates, and UV-curable acrylate systems. SYLOID® 7000 has a shelf life of 12 months.
