Hydroxyethyl cellulose. Acts as a thickener. Cellueast™ FM HE 20000 is a white to light tan powder which exhibits high viscosity. It is a non-ionic, water-soluble material that can thicken, suspend, bind, emulsify, stabilize, disperse, retain water, and provides protective colloid action. Used in latex paints.
