MANCHEM® F

Oleophilic zircoaluminate. Acts as a coupling agent and adhesion promoter. It exhibits salt spray, corrosion-, humidity- and blister- resistance. It offers peel strength, wet adhesion and cohesive film integrity. It is stable in humid environments and cost effective. It is soluble in n-butanol, butyl carbitol, DSMO, Di-PG n-butyl ether, isopropanol, butyl cellsolve, propyl cellsolve, PG m-methyl ether, methanol, water etc. Used in metal coatings. The recommended usage levels are 0.3-1.0% zircoaluminate based on resin solids. It complies with TSCA, DSL and NDSL regulation.
