TEGO® Dispers 673

TEGO® Dispers 673 by Evonik is a high performance, high molecular weight polymer with pigment affine groups. Acts as a wetting- and dispersing agent. Shows an excellent color intensity/gloss and strong reduction in viscosity with organic pigments (10-40%)/carbon blacks (15-80%) and good color intensity/gloss and strong reduction in viscosity with inorganic pigments (2-15%)/fillers. Offers high jetness/blackness, high effectiveness and easy processability. TEGO® Dispers 673 does not influence other important properties such as adhesion or chemical, sunblock, and UV resistance. It is clearly soluble in butyl acetate and ethanol. Suitable for xylene-containing medium solids, high solids & solvent-borne direct grind plastic coatings and resin-based pigment paste formulations. Also, used in car interior coatings. Recommended addition level for co-grind is 0.5-2.0%. Listed in ECL, EINECS and EC (1907/2006).
