TEGO® Dispers 1010

TEGO® Dispers 1010 by Evonik acts as a wetting- & dispersing agent. Exhibits an excellent color intensity/gloss and strong reduction in viscosity with inorganic pigments in non-polar solvents (such as hydrocarbons)/fillers and good color intensity/gloss and strong reduction in viscosity with organic pigments/carbon blacks. Offers low viscosity, newtonian flow characteristics, long shelf life and low polarity. This solvent-free, liquid additive with 100% active substance content is insoluble in water and easy to handle & dose. Shows broad compatibility and can be easily combined with co-additives, such as TEGO® Dispers 656, to achieve a desired yield point. It is clear soluble in butyl acetate & white spirit and cloudy but stable in ethanol & tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA). Suitable for solvent-borne, high-solids and direct grind systems. It can also be used in radiation curing systems. TEGO® Dispers 1010 is specially developed for ceramic inkjet inks and resin-free pigment concentrates (recommended dosage between 5 and 15%).
