SURFYNOL® DF-110C

Surfynol® DF-110C by Evonik is a molecular defoamer with good dynamic wetting power. It is a non-ionic surfactant, organic product, highly effective that does not contain silicone, silica or fluoro products. This defoaming/de-air entraining agent is useful for a wide variety of applications where foam prevention or foam elimination is necessary without causing surface defects. It is effective against micro-foam, phosphates, proteins and other foam stabilizing species. It offers long-lasting defect-free foam control and wide compounding latitude. In addition to this, it has no cloud point, excellent shelf-life stability over a wide range of physical conditions, chemical stability from pH 3-13. It is a nonmicellar, synergistic with conventional defoamers, free from VOC (EU regulations), HAPs and APE. Surfynol® DF-110C is used in automotive OEM and refinish-, architecture-, industrial maintenance and even in metal- and paper coating. It is also suitable for printing inks and overprint varnishes in graphic arts.
