Non-ionic wetting agent. It acts as a solvent-free and alkyl phenol ethoxylate-free additive for pigment and substrate wetting as well as provides excellent surface tension reduction. It is used alone or in combination with a lower HLB non-ionic surfactant. It is a cost-effective surfactant and provides rapid substrate and pigment wetting. It is a clear, low odor, low viscosity liquid and environmentally biodegradable. It is rapidly soluble in water. It is used in architectural and industrial coatings, pigment synthesis,dispersion as well as in inks. It may be used in compliance with various FDA regulations.
