ANCAMINE® 1617

Ancamine® 1617 by Evonik is a curing agent for use with liquid epoxy resins at room temperature. It provides good chemical-, solvent- and acid resistance. It offers very good gloss, color stability and surface appearance. It exhibits rapid cure speed and low-temperature cure. It imparts excellent resistance to inorganic acids, water, alkali and dilute acetic acid and good against many organic solvents. Ancamine® 1617 is used in chemically resistant coatings. It has a recommended usage level of 35 phr.
