ANCAMIDE® 260A

ANCAMIDE® 260A by Evonik is a series of reactive polyamide. It acts as a curing agent for epoxy resins. It has a relatively high amine value and has a lower molecular weight.

It is used primarily, but not exclusively, with liquid resin.
It offers good chemical resistance against water, alkali solutions, alcohols and moderate to poor against acids & solvents.
It exhibits good water/corrosion resistance and is used in the formulation of coatings.
It has a shelf life of 24 months and its recommended use level is 60 phr.
ANCAMIDE® 260A complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.300, 21 CFR 176.170 and 21 CFR 175.105.
