RHEOLATE® 310 D

RHEOLATE® 310 D by Elementis is a polyether polyol solution. Acts as a rheological agent. Available as a low odor, VOC-free, clear to a slightly hazy viscous liquid. It is a non-ionic associative thickener designed to improve color acceptance and stability and to provide flow & leveling. Overcomes ancillary application deficiencies by not impairing recoatability, intercoat adhesion and blocking resistance. Raises viscosity mainly in the medium- to high-shear-rate region. Enhances syneresis control, sag resistance and suspension. Represents an alternative to traditional urethane-based thickeners. Suitable for latex/ dispersion (gloss, semi-gloss, satin, matt) decorative paints & coatings, water-reducible paints and inks. Complies with TSCA (United States Toxic Substances Control Act Section 8(b) Inventory), EINECS (European Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances), REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) and DSL (Canadian Domestic Substances List). Typical levels of use are 0.3 to 3.2% (as delivered), by weight of the system. RHEOLATE® 310 D has a shelf life of 2 (two) years from the date of manufacture.
