RHEOLATE® 210

Low odor, VOC-free, polyether urea polyurethane solution in a mixture of water and wetting agent. Acts as an associative thickener for emulsion paints and water-borne systems. Suitable for use in low-VOC and VOC-free formulations. Offers very good thickening efficiency in high shear range (ICI viscosity) and very good high-shear viscosity. Enhances film build. Provides very good brush drag, good color acceptance, enzyme resistance, easy incorporation and compatibility with clay, polymeric and cellulosic thickeners. Imparts superior flow and leveling. Reduces spattering during roller application. Used for applications like gloss and satin-gloss emulsion paints, emulsion paints for interior and exterior applications based on pure acrylic or copolymer binders, and water-borne paints and inks.
