Dapro® DF 307

Dapro® DF 307 by Elementis acts as a defoamer. It is a blend of hydrophobic silica, emulsifiers and mineral oil. It is a water dispersible opaque off-white liquid. It shows good compatibility and is suitable for use in the letdown stage of sensitive coatings systems where optical properties are very important (e.g. gloss, transparency).

• It is suitable for water-based inks and decorative coatings.
• Also suited for use in gloss paints and clear acrylic coatings.
• Typically used at 0.3-1.0% on total weight, but should be optimized by testing.
• Dapro® DF 307 has a shelf life of 2 years from date of manufacture.
