Waterborne blocked isocyanate dispersion. Used as an effective crosslinker to provide greatly improved performance of waterborne acrylics, urethane, polyvinyl alcohols and fluoropolymers for paints, inks and coatings. Improves abrasion resistance. Increases adhesion to substrates. Enhances water, solvents and chemical resistance. Use level: 2.0-5.0% based on total resin.
