DOWSIL™ 69 Additive

DOWSIL™ 69 Additive by Dow is APEO-free silicone emulsion. Acts as a defoaming agent. Provides highly effective and long lasting foam control. Exhibits good balance of efficiency and compatibility and low levels of surface defects. It is particularly suited for applications where acrylic and polyurethane dispersions are used. DOWSIL™ 69 Additive is used in waterborne inks, overprint varnishes, wood coatings and other waterborne paints. Also used in low to medium PVC coatings applications. Recommended dosage is between 0.05%–0.5% of product as received based upon total formulation.
