AMICAL™ Flowable

AMICAL™ Flowable by LANXESS is used as an antimicrobial agent. It is iodine-based diiodomethyl-p-tolylsulfone. Provides superior protection against mildew and algal formation on latex paint films.

Discoloration caused has no effect on mildewcide activity or general paint stability.
It is non-dermally irritating.
AMICAL™ Flowable is recommended for paper coatings, interior applications and in water-based formulations where high-shear mixing is not used.
It offers low-leaching and liquid formulation.
