Organic titanate. Acts as a crosslinking agent, catalyst and as an adhesion promoter. It is 75% - 100% active in alcohol. It is activated at 100 to 250°C (212 to 482°F). Used in gravure and water-based inks as well as in solvent-based paints and coatings.
