Emulsogen® EPA 1954

Emulsogen® EPA 1954 by Clariant is a low-VOC, APEO-free, anionic emulsifier and surfactant. It is designed for the emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate dispersions, styrene-butadiene latex and E-PVC. This readily biodegradable product allows the production of polymer dispersions with controlled particle size and low coagulation during the polymerization process. It displays improved stability of the monomer emulsion, control of particle size of the polymer dispersion and improved viscosity of the polymer dispersions. The shelf life of Emulsogen® EPA 1954 is 730 days.
