Dispersogen® 4387

Dispersogen® 4387 by Clariant is an anionic, VOC/SVOC-free, solvent-free, surfactant-based dispersing agent. It is a sulphosuccinic acid partial ester of an ethoxylated castor oil. This Ecolabel compliant and APEO-free grade features high pigment concentration, low viscosity & high stability of the preparation in a wide temperature range. It is suitable for acrylic binder, PU & epoxy and partly suitable for solvent-borne alkyd. This preservative-free additive is especially recommended for specialty carbon blacks such as Printex® 85, 300, V/U and Color Black FW 171 (Orion Engineered Carbons). The recommended dosage for waterborne organic pigment & resin-free inorganic pigment is 8-30 wt% and 4-10 wt%. The shelf life of Dispersogen® 4387 is 730 days.
